Sunday, Jan. 4th 2009: Training Ride
- 9:00am, Start/Finish in Black Diamond, WA,
- two routes 18 miles followed by 33 mile,
- snow/rain cancels
Saturday, Jan 18th 2009: JDRF NW Team Group spinning class and clinic
- 11:00 am cycling and cycling w diabetes clinics at Gold's Gym Issaquah or Redmond- clinic topics to be announced soon
- 1PM: Spinning class Gold's Gym Issaquah or Redmond
- These are open to all JDRF NW cyclists and their friends and family
- No charge for clinic or classes
- Beginners to experienced spinners welcome
Sunday, Feb 1st 2009: JDRF NW Team Group Spinning Class and clinic and SUPER BOWL PARTY!
- 11:00 A.M. cycling and cycling w diabetes clinics at Gold's Gym Redmond- topics to be announced
- 1 P.M. Spinning class at Gold's Gym Redmond
- These are open to all JDRF NW cyclists and their friends and family
- No charge for clinic or classes
- Beginners to experienced spinners welcome
- 3 P.M. - Super Bowl party immediately following spin class- location to be announced
